1's Weight Loss

A place to burn calories and lose weight, how we do it is by minimal recovery and shorts burst of high intensity training, you wont want to turn up to these sessions at first, but when you are back in your car driving home, you will feel empowered by what you have accomplished in the session, your body will start to thank you for doing these sessions.

1's Boxing

Action packed boxing sessions, no mucking around just full on high intensity workouts, combined with interval training you will burn calories and start to shred those kilos. Dont worry about if its your first time, the trainers are there to help you through technique and session, so join in and take advantage of these sessions

1's Beginners

This class is for people new to fitness and want to start fresh, or that person who because of other commitments finds it hard to keep up with normal bootcamps. These years we are all busy, and its the worst feeling when you miss a few bootcamps/sessions and you get back and you are so far behind that you start becoming negative to yourself, then eventually quitting, This is the solution a 30mins progressive workout from low-med intensity, mainly focused on full body exercises, the exercises we do here is all on time not how many reps, so to cater for everyones different fitness levels. Let us at 1 Step Ahead get your fitness levels up physically and mentally, and then when you are ready progress to some of our harder sessions.
