Can anyone be able to participate in session
Yes of course, we have 6 sessions running per week, Ranging from Beginner class, boxing class, right through to more intense workouts, weight loss sessions, strength & conditioning sessions.
Whats happen if cant make session:
Nothing at all we have a set price you pay fortnightly which allows you to come to as many sessions as you like in that month.
What do I need to bring?
- - Exercise Clothing
- - Running Shoes
- - Water Bottle
- - Towel
- - Any Medication puffers, insulin and a positive attitude
- - Inners for boxing sessions
What if the weather adverse and its raining outside, does 1 Step Ahead Fitness sessions still take place.
Yes we are in the process of sorting out a venue close to the fields which we would use if weather permits. So the good news is regardless of the weather we will be operating.
Why have you so many variations of training?
We at 1 Step Ahead Fitness want to hit all muscle groups, In all different energy levels, from aerobic through to anaerobic, keeping your body guessing making sure you don’t plateau and keep gaining results.
What is this 1’s All Terrain Session?
1’s All Terrain is outside the normal 1 Step Ahead Fitness timetable, there is a $10 cost for these sessions, they will be scheduled once per month on a Saturday morning, aim for these sessions to test you mind and body, you will be well looked after in these sessions with 2 Trainers helping you through these intense sessions. What do you mean about a 1’s Beginners?
Well thats a good question, i have always had people come up to me and say i haven’t trained for ages or never have trained, i want to get fit lose weight, but get discouraged going to a group fitness session cause people in the group are to fit, and i can’t keep up. Where do i start? This is where you start once per week we have a beginner class goes for 40mins Low-Medium intensity. Between each station there will be a longer break so you can get your breath back, have a drink of water. Ideal for anyone who wants to start towards getting their health and fitness back on track. How long do sessions last for?
- - 1's Weights Loss/ 1's Strength & Conditioning 60mins that includes warm-up and abs session
- - 1's Boxing session lasts for about 45mins
- - 1's Beginners: 45mins that includes 10min warm-up and 5mins Stretching
