We are running free group fitness sessions all of FEBRUARY! yep all of FEBRUARY! everyone is welcome to come down best time is NOW as the group is small and keen to start this year with a focus on their health and fitness goals, for more details throw me an email and ill send you some info.

!!!News!!! Two Fully packed 1's All Terrain Sessions is finally here, at 2 beautiful locations.

Saturday 10th March Balmoral beach 6am start, rope running, jeep towing, sand bag stair climbs and many more, its all happening, burning calorie frenzy. With a light bbq ready for you when you get back.

Sunday 11th March Wanda Beach in Cronulla Sand Dunes!!! 45mins-1Hour testing you mentally and physically pushing your limits. 7am start. There will be 3 trainers onboard so where ever you are front or back someone will be there to help you. Bring a towel and loads of water you will need it. contact us today.
